This role is within our Residency Offering, which is a solution that provides strategic technical resources to our customers on a contractual basis.

Job Location: 5th Ave, NY NY (on-site)

Schedule:Sunday 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Monday - Wednesday 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Thursday 10 am till 5 pm

Your Responsibilities Include:

* Provide application support for Cegid, including tracking tickets assigned to support teams, managing escalations, and partnering with other teams for training and support.

* Manage various technologies, such as walkie-talkies, digital screens, and video conference and blue tube technology.

* Liaise with third-party providers for digital screens, wayfinding, digital artwork, and two restaurant providers.

* Manage payment hubs and payment devices, and be responsible for iPhones and iPhone deployment.

* Ensure that incidents and problems are being managed in a timely manner for Vendor Lifecycle Management (VLM).

* Have a good understanding of Applications Wishlist (AWL) so that they can manage enhancement requests and manage AWL escalations between store and vendor.

* Coordinate extra support during busy periods and events, provide IT support for brand exhibitions, and manage any documentation relating to Landmark.

* Communicate effectively with the store leadership team regarding IT problems, outages, and upcoming enhancements.

What you'll need to succeed:

* At least 2 years of experience in desktop support or related field.

* Knowledge of Cegid or other ERP/POS software.

* Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including payment hubs, video conference technology, and mobile devices.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
