JOB SUMMARY

Primary duties include record keeping, document preparation, presentation development, meeting coordination, and special projects. Provide customer service to internal and external customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • One year experience providing administrative support.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Requires strong organizational skills, continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing material as well as the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
  • Requires advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills are critical.
  • Must maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support for project manager / manager / director.
  • Attending meeting to record minutes and notes.
  • Schedule and track travel of management.
  • Assist in processing of department billings, weekly time cards and invoice tracking.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
