THE JOB:

The Manager of Identity and Access Management (SailPoint) will be responsible for designing, engineering, implementation, managing of all IAM technologies across enterprise. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in identity management technologies. The individual must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude, solid interpersonal skills. The individual must be hands-on, work under minimal supervision and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Manager, candidates must have strong knowledge of SailPoint identity services, RBAC, PIM/PAM, MFA, SSO & related standards (e.g. SAML, OAUTH, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, etc.) and have experience of IAM products like SailPoint, BeyondTrust, OKTA, Azure AD, Active Directory. In this position, you will lead a team of developers and ensure that all departments are working together to achieve our goals. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Experience leading other technical and product managers across multiple disciplines, Manage a team of both onshore & offshore business analysts and developers, Partner with several Gaming / hospitality product managers and owners on integration and migration strategies, Provide necessary support to the team to handle day-to-day issues and challenges.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Drive Scrum and Agile calls.

  • Hands-on SailPoint developer hat as a role model to team. Lead strategy and architecture around the global IAM & Directory Services environment.

  • Keep abreast of innovations and industry trends as well as changes to internal systems and determines how they impact tools, training, and support necessary to keep systems up, running, and secure.

  • Evaluation, development, and testing of IAM and related technology solution.

  • Provide technology recommendations to provide cost-effective solutions that meet business and technology requirements.

  • Provide on-going guidance to operational teams for proactive management, monitoring, and support of the environment.

  • Effectively engage and collaborate with InfoSec peers, IT & business partners.

  • Guide maintenance, upgrades, and support for existing systems and infrastructure to ensure operational stability.

  • Guide the creation of scripts and tools that drive automation and enable operational teams and end users to move towards self-service.

  • Lead implementation and management functions including the design, engineer & deploy IAM related technologies.

  • Provide guidance to IT partners on configuration, debugging, and deployment of tools requiring IAM integration.

  • Direct operations team in proactively monitoring and management of IAM infrastructure.

  • Acts as a mentor and lead junior members in the team.

  • Manage & monitor quality of services delivered by internal & external partners.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize IAM environment and provide suggestions on improvements.

  • Provide on-going feedback & thought leadership to teams.

  • Support and create documentation for audit activity (SOX, Gaming, PCI).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Two (2)+ years of industry experience in the identity and access management domain.

  • Hands on experience in SailPoint, Azure AD, BeyondTrust, and OKTA solutions/tools design, implementation, development and configuration.

  • Previous supervisory experience.
