PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Workforce Management Clerk is responsible for owning the experience of internal customers related to scheduling and time off performing multiple administrative tasks including email, phone and face-to-face interactions. The employee scope includes staff aswell as management and functions in a collaborative and supportive environment.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.50

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Promote, develop, and maintain effective communication, interaction, and excellent relationship with internal customers, including ensuring their requirements are identified and consistently met

  • Promote an effective relationship between the department, the business unit, other corporate departments and to ensure effective operational processes

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Six (6) months of Workday experience

  • One (1) year experience in Casino/ Hotel specific, accounting/ audit, or administrative or clerical experience and/or equivalent

  • Proficient computer skills
