Title Administrative Assistant (Las Vegas, NV) Description

Position Summary:

  1. This person will answer calls that come in, process approved barricade plans, resubmit plans to various government agencies, and be assigned other tasks as needed at the branch. The ideal candidate would be someone who is a go getter, self-starter, comfortable working with a computer, and willing to learn.
  2. General filing & Data entry
  3. Review and prepare barricade plan submittals

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Accomplishes the required work independently by gathering and organizing required information, maintaining required records of customers, developing tools and utilizing available resources to achieve desired outcomes, exercising judgment to make decisions, and assuring effective communication with planning team and Branch customers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Data entry of daily plan approvals
  • Receive, review and process barricade plans
  • Process new orders for barricade plans per customer demand
  • Other duties as assigned at the Branch
Position Requirements

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work is a fast-paced construction office environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word as well as skilled use of office equipment
  • Strong Time management skills needed
  • Must have attention to detailand be able to proble solve
  • Must enjoy working in a team enviornment
