THE JOB
As an Ultra Luxury Concierge, you are expected to provide exceptional service aligned with our Ultra-Luxury core service standards, AAA 5 Diamond standards, Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star standards, and brand attributes. Your commitment to excellence and attention to detail are vital in delivering unparalleled service to our guests.
THE DAY TO DAY
Successfully operate through 7 different computer systems while managing multi-line phones and responding to urgent emails alongside daily job duties.
Assist VIP casino, hotel, and convention guests with hotel registration, check-out, concierge requests, and other supporting services.
Properly identify Company Executives to ensure accuracy and up-to-date reservations for their guests.
Stay knowledgeable about dining and entertainment venues in the Las Vegas area to personalize recommendations for guests.
Describe, solicit, and enroll guests in the MGM Rewards loyalty program.
Communicate eloquently and effectively through email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
Successfully pass quality assurance audits, including guest service shops, monthly concierge knowledge checks, and companywide secret shops.
Own all requests and complaints, resolving issues immediately and following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Contact all hotel guests within 48 hours of a confirmed reservation and assist with pre-arrival requests.
Assist in planning and creating itineraries for all incoming hotel guests.
Greet guests upon arrival at the curb and escort them into the lounge for registration needs.
Perform follow-up calls for all hotel guests who have arrived.
Manage the group inbox by responding to all email correspondence within 24 hours in addition to personal email.
Identify, record, and update guest personal profiles as needed.
Act as a liaison between multiple departments to execute elaborate guest requests, room set gatherings, and special occasions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
An enthusiastic individual to join our diverse and unified team, working collaboratively to meticulously manage and execute tasks
Strong communication and organizational skills to ensure effective coordination
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Prior Forbes training and/or knowledge
One (1) year minimum experience in a luxury casino and/or hotel
Two (2) years prior administrative/coordinator/concierge experience is a plus
Bilingual proficiency is an advantage asset for this role
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Proficient computer skills
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
One (1) year minimum of prior relevant experience
Ability to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
