THE JOB:

As a Spa Attendant, you will contribute to luxurious guest experiences with your welcoming smile and superior service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas

• Emphasize safety and sanitation to ensure a pristine environment

• Collaborate with guests to book Spa appointments

• Assist guests with using the spa amenities

• Enhance guest experience by promoting service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

The IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Customer service experience, preferably in a spa or resort setting

SCHEDULE:

On Call

Spa Hours- 7:00am - 6:00pm
