THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Ticketing Coordinator to perform a variety of duties including facilitation of ticket blocks and reports. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices and procedures.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Maintain and monitor the size of ticket blocks, ticket prices and inventory of all ticket outlets.
  • Complete and distribute reports as requested using various technologies.
  • Accurately maintain inventory allocations in accordance with pre-established guidelines/needs of the ticketing departments.
  • Meet with department management weekly to go over event blocks 60 days out.
  • Allocate tickets among property Casino Marketing Administration teams for all events.
  • Communicate to respective counterpart Casino Marketing teams for show additions/changes/statuses.
  • Issue comp slips to Box Office.
  • Assist with Executive reservation pre-seating and announcements.
  • Assist department management with post-event ticket balancing and accounting using Microsoft Excel.
  • Attend and assist in casino pre-seating meetings.
  • Answer telephones promptly and respond to requests or inquiries of callers in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Comply with department policies, procedures and standards.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One (1) year of relevant experience in a resort setting and/or casino marketing.
