ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides guidance to peer group employees to oversee task completion.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Three to six months of related experience and/or training in a similar food outlet, hotel or casino atmosphere.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain and maintain the applicable regional Health card(s) and/or License(s), if applicable.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
None.
REASONING ABILITY
Remembering details, using arithmetic, reading, discriminating colors, working rapidly, working at various tempos, concentrating amid distractions, remembering names and faces, and examining & observing details.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Standing, walking, reaching, bending/stooping, kneeling, carrying, pulling, hearing, observing, pushing, stretching, turning and lifting 25 lbs,
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Inside, noisy, heat, hazards, kitchen equipment, cold, dirty, gloves, changing temperatures and odors.
