- Responsibility to prevent damages due to mistakes or carelessness to equipment or materials.
- At times supervise the build or relocation of machines and upgrades.

- Use of advance trades mathematics, together with the use of complicated drawings, specifications, chart, tables, handbook formula; all varieties of precision measuring instruments.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings to wire/repair electrical systems.
- Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.
- Maintain, repair, test and install AC & DC electrical motors, generators, alternators, industrial storage batteries and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices.
- Equivalent to complete accredited apprenticeship in a recognized trade, craft or occupation; or equivalent to a one year technical college education.
- AAS with over 2 years with motor controls, circuit's installations, read and understand schematics, PLC's, Digital Drives and general troubleshooting
