PRIMARY PURPOSE: Provide direction and leadership for the housekeeping department, consistent with the MGM Resorts brand. Responsible for leading the housekeeping department in achieving operational and financial goals. Also responsible for leading team performance, scheduling and training of all staff members, and maintaining the departments' guest service in accordance with MGM Resorts standards, to ensure high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Bachelor degree OR equivalent experience.
2+ years of prior relevant experience in luxury housekeeping operations.
