THE JOB:

Step into a leading role as the Lead Conversion Technician at Dolby Live, Park MGM, where your expertise will be crucial in orchestrating the transformation of our venue for a diverse lineup of events. From electrifying concerts and exclusive corporate gatherings to adrenaline-pumping boxing/MMA fights and enchanting family shows, your leadership will ensure the seamless, efficient, and impeccable setup and conversion of our space for various events.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Execute efficient setup and breakdown of event staging, including but not limited to risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, etc

• Organize and store event equipment in designated areas while conducting minor maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of materials

• Safely operate company vehicles and mobile equipment essential for arena operations, adhering to all safety protocols

• Complete administrative tasks associated with event production to maintain smooth operation and coordination of activities

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Possess forklift experience, demonstrating proficiency in operating and maneuvering this equipment efficiently and safely

• Actively seeks opportunities to improve processes and operations, demonstrating a proactive approach in anticipating and addressing needs before they arise

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required for this full-time, event-based role, allowing for the accommodation of the dynamic schedule of our events
