By understanding the guests' unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry far beyond their stay with us.THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Independently promote and market massage services to poolside guests.
- Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs and stay updated on the latest massage techniques and wellness trends
- Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in the provision of massage services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively attract clients
- Knows various massage techniques and their applications
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
