1. Curriculum Facilitator: Plan, develop, and implement age-appropriate and engaging curriculum activities that foster the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth of children. 2. Classroom Manager: Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. Establish daily routines, and provide clear expectations to facilitate a structured and organized learning atmosphere.

3. Collaborative Partner: Work closely with parents or guardians to build strong partnerships, encouraging communication to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for supporting each child's learning journey.

4. Compassionate Caregiver: Foster a nurturing and caring environment where children feel loved, supported, and valued.

5. Creative Facilitator: Stimulate children's creativity and imagination through various activities such as art, music, storytelling, and dramatic play. Encourage self-expression, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, allowing children to explore and discover the world around them.

6. Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and cooperative working environment.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with both children, their families, and colleagues.

• Strong knowledge of child development principles, early learning theories, and age-appropriate teaching practices.

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and execute lessons and activities.

• Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines for early childhood education.
