ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for directing guests to proper seating in the showroom, offering friendly and courteous service to all guests.
  2. Responsible for the proper set up of assigned station.
  3. Responsible for clean-up of assigned station after each show.
  4. Verbally communicates information to guests regarding the property's facilities whenever possible.
  5. Stands for long periods of time.
  6. Stock, set-up and maintain the concierge area.
  7. Answer all guest questions and provide detailed, accurate information.
  8. Perform tickets sales for all entertainment, assists guests with modifications and cancellations.
  9. Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority. Provides Thoughtful Service at all times.
  10. Balances cash and ticket transactions
  11. Performs other related duties as required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Regular attendance required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

None.

REASONING ABILITY

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Inside, Noisy, Visual Effects, such as strobe lights and lasers may be used during shows.
