SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service. Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all Slot department equipment. Installs, removes and relocates all Slot department equipment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s).
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must working knowledge Microsoft Office products.
REASONING ABILITY
Planning, remembering details, using arithmetic, reading, making decisions, working rapidly, working at various tempos, concentrating amid distractions, examining & observing detail.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending/stooping, kneeling, carrying, observing, lifting 50 lbs, pushing turning, kneeling, hearing and observing.
