The Site Manager (Program Manager) shall have 15 years of aircraft maintenance experience, of which six years in a managerial/supervisory position (within the last ten years in the execution of aviation maintenance contracts) of an operation with high performance multi-type/model/series aircraft managing a high tempo operation. Within the six years management experience, at least one year shall be in technical program/project work related to naval aircraft maintenance. The Site Manager (Program Manager) must be able to coordinate all Contractor resources to achieve the task order objective related to aircraft maintenance. The Site Manager (Program Manager) shall possess previous experience in managing a fluctuating workload, and military aircraft maintenance plans and procedures.
