The Logistics Manager shall be familiar with the peculiarities of Naval logistics support procedures used to support material requirements. The Logistics Manager shall have experience with the NALCOMIS OOMA. The Logistics Manager shall have a minimum of ten years of experience in supply experience within the last 15 years; three of the ten years shall have been in a supervisory capacity. Qualifying Supply experience includes activities such as a squadron, base, or depot, or as an item manager.
