Job Description
This position is responsible for assisting Starkey dispensers with hearing aid options and determining shell sizes, colors, and circuit selection.

Job Duties:

  1. Ensure custom hearing aid orders are entered accurately
    1. Design customer hearing aid orders
    2. Process New Orders, Remakes, and Lost and Damaged Orders.
    3. Order Standard Products and Accessories as needed.
  2. Cross-train on Order Processor functions
    1. Perform order processing
  3. Stay current on Starkey Products, Software, and Processes
    1. Support production/customer service requests

 

Other Duties:

  • Support Corporate Health and Safety Objectives.
  • Work with immediate manager to address issues, opportunities and concerns.
  • Provide ideas, support and assistance for continuous improvement activities.
  • Support colleagues and other departments to deliver great customer service.
  • React to change productively and handle other essential duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

Education:

High school degree or equivalent required.

Experience:

Experience working with hearing aids helpful but not required.

 

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Starkey circuits desirable
  • Knowledge of computers required

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to accurately read audiograms required
  • Good hand-eye coordination required
  • Good manual dexterity required.
  • Excellent attention to detail required
  • Ability to differentiate colors required
