Associate Registration Coordinator (Temporary)
The Associate Registration Coordinator begins the logistics process for Pasha's services, including order entry and registration as well as the effective planning, organizing, and coordination of Pasha's transportation services resources.
Goals & Objectives:
Timely, accurate and complete registration within required timeframes.
Initiates registration processes according to customer requirements and internal process standards.
Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintains accurate, timely, and thorough records in proprietary database.
Performs routine data entry. This includes entering new orders and shipment information into computerized tracking systems and traces shipments with steamship lines, trucking vendors, railroads, and other suppliers and updates information into operations systems.
Performs typing, faxing, mail distribution, phone messaging, and other office related duties as required.
Scans and separates documents in Document Management System.
Update schedule, logs and tasks daily.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience & Certification Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1 year of work experience with increasing responsibilities in a similar or related industry
Preferred Education, Experience & Certification Requirements:
College coursework or Associates degree preferred
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with ten key by touch and typing speed of 35 WPM
Demonstrate business communications skills (verbal, written, interpersonal and listening)
Ability to work as an individual contributor or as a valued participant in a team based environment
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, with tact and discretion
Demonstrate customer service skills, attitudes and behaviors
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy with data entry
Preferred Key Technical Skills
Advanced skills with MS Office (SharePoint, Access, Outlook) preferred

Self-Management - Works within required timeframes, and requests additional information and assistance when necessary to keep activities on track. Seeks clarification of priorities and organizes tasks accordingly.
The incumbent will be measured on the key success factors and meeting the goals and objectives stated above.
Position requires a high degree of problem solving capability and a component of customer service.
Position functions in an office environment. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
