We are looking for a key sales professional to join our dynamic organization. This is a very rewarding business development position in the dynamic *1031 exchange industry. The right person should have some background and relationships in commercial real estate and/or tax or real estate attorney professions. Previous experience and relationships in the *1031 QI industry is certainly a plus. This person should also be a self-starter with initiative, excellent people skills, and enjoy public speaking and educating others on the wide range of investment options available using *1031 tax deferred exchanges. The Division Manager will be responsible for marketing API's Qualified Intermediary services primarily to commercial real estate industry and generating new exchange orders from referral sources such as commercial brokers, developers, escrow officers, real estate agents, accountants, real estate and tax attorneys, financial planners and investment property owners.
This position provides a tremendous opportunity to earn an excellent income. The combination of higher tax rates and investors owning assets with significant gain has increased the demand for QI services. Compensation is a combination of salary and a commission based upon the revenue received from new open exchange orders generated from your sales efforts.

The Division Manager is responsible for marketing Asset Preservation Inc.'s (API) Exchange "Qualified Intermediary" services so that we become the recognized leader in the territory, thereby significantly increasing new open exchanges in territory. The Division Manager is responsible for marketing services to accountants, attorneys, closing officers, commercial brokers, financial advisors, residential agents, real estate investors and others in the real estate industry who can refer new exchange business to API.
