Diversity

Enrichment Through Work for All

Eastridge’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) in the workplace has endured over 50 years. In order to better understand our role in impacting meaningful change, we continuously commit to achieving our diversity goals. At Eastridge, we believe each of our employee-owners has wisdom to share and a story to tell while contributing to ours.

Affinity Groups & Equity Initiatives

Eastridge hosts multiple employee resource groups (ERGs), each led by our diverse team members. As an employee-owned company, Eastridge embraces that each of our employee-owners has their own wisdom to share and a story to tell while contributing to ours. Through these groups, Eastridge creates a community hub for having vital conversations while providing resources, support, education, and awareness. Please click on the links below to learn more.

B.L.A.C.K.@Eastridge is a resource group formed to create space for employee-owners that identify as Black, in addition to providing a neutral and educational space for our allies. Our goal is to create Black Leadership, Advocacy, Commitment, and Knowledge

The LGBTQ+ Committee supports and encourages our colleagues to be open and forward-thinking when it comes to questions or issues specific to the LGBTQ+ community. Our committee fosters a sense of unity between members and allies through a variety of professional, academic, and social activities.

The mission of Women of Wonder (WOW) is to cultivate an inclusive environment for empowering women and allies. Women of Wonder supports and encourages women to advance their skills, careers, and leadership potential through connections, mentorship, collaboration, and vital discussions.

LatinXellence addresses issues affecting communities in the U.S. and Latin America. These conversations foster mutual understanding between cross-border team members to empower them at work, in their communities, and through valuable insight for serving an international workforce with distinct customs and needs.

The Eastridge Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) ERG was one of our most recent groups to be formed in June 2022.  The AAPI ERG will strive to promote a more critical understanding of AAPI issues while advocating for the needs of the AAPI community.  The AAPI ERG is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where all forms of diversity are respected and recognized.
T
he Roundtable was launched in July 2022 for our employees in Mexico to focus on inclusion and belonging into an organization that is headquartered in the US.  This roundtable is a forum for members to come together to support professional growth and development, cultural awareness, and education, and to network across the organization.  Members also have an opportunity to be heard, contribute solutions to issues, and discuss ways to improve communication between our US and MX operations.

The Culture Committee is composed of diverse Eastridge employees committed to creating a fun, inclusive workplace for all.  Our mission is to empower our community with excellence by embodying authenticity, inclusion, and creativity.

CEO Action
