Job Summary:

The Solderer/Cable Assembler solders connections on various sub-assemblies. Visually checks soldering connection under microscope to verify adequacy of connection. Occasionally locates and reworks a bad connection.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude
• Good eyesight
• Must be able to use a microscope
• Good dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally
• Good hand strength
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work overtime when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior soldering experience or coursework
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints
