Our project managers have diverse skills and experience in various specialties, including low-income, mixed-income, and market-rate housing; for-sale, multi-family, and urban mixed-use projects; and service-enriched living environments for seniors, Alzheimer patients, and the disabled. Our project managers are intimately familiar with market conditions, local decision-makers, and project fundamentals in each of our target markets.
